Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the Unmade Digital website and platform. Using either means you accept them.
Draft for review. This document reflects how the product actually handles data, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer qualified in Bangladesh. Have counsel approve it before launch.
The service
Unmade Digital provides an e-commerce operating system with messaging automation, voice calling, courier integration and analytics. Features described on this website reflect the product at the date shown below and may change as it develops.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for the conduct of the team members you invite, and for keeping credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to send unsolicited messages outside the policies of the channel you are sending on, to sell goods that are illegal in Bangladesh, or to attempt to access another customer's data. Messaging automation must comply with the WhatsApp Business Platform policies and with Meta's platform terms.
Fees
Platform fees are billed monthly in advance by order-volume band. Usage — AI calling minutes and WhatsApp template messages — is billed monthly in arrears at cost. Ad creative production is a separate add-on quoted in advance.
Data ownership
Your orders, customers, conversations and call records are yours. You can export them at any time, and we delete them on request as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We target 99.9% monthly availability excluding scheduled maintenance, which is announced in advance. Uptime figures quoted elsewhere on this site are historical and are not a contractual commitment on their own.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement with thirty days' notice. On termination you keep access long enough to export your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction.
