Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Unmade Digital collects when you use this website or the Unmade Digital platform, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Draft for review. This document reflects how the product actually handles data, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer qualified in Bangladesh. Have counsel approve it before launch.
What we collect from this website
When you request a walkthrough we collect the name, business name, WhatsApp number, email address, order-volume band, channels and description you type into the form. We also record the time of the request and the IP address it came from, which is used only to rate-limit the form against abuse.
What we collect as a platform
When you use the platform, we process the order, customer, conversation and call data your store generates, as a processor acting on your instructions. That data belongs to you. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train models for other customers, and we do not share it beyond the sub-processors listed below.
Sub-processors
Hosting and delivery (Vercel), transactional email (Resend), scheduling (Calendly), rate limiting (Upstash), and the courier, payment and messaging providers you choose to connect. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Retention
Website enquiries are kept for twenty-four months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Platform data is retained for as long as your account is active and for ninety days after it closes, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@unmadedigital.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising cookies. It stores your light or dark theme preference locally in your browser, and uses privacy-preserving analytics that do not set identifying cookies or build a cross-site profile.
